To support our team we are seeking a Native Speaker (m/f/d)
Your pedagogic qualification enables you to guide children through their day at a KiTa by arranging an attractive learning environment. Your projects for children are based on your observations of children’s current interests and individual learning objectives. Hand in hand with your colleagues you enable children to develop and learn at their own pace whilst giving them the support and care they require. Applying the Immersion Method you communicate in English only whilst children are present. Using visual tools and your own gesture you support children in understanding a language foreign to them and encourage them to try applying new language skills in a playful manner.
